Returns & Refunds Policy

At THE DERMO EXPERT, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.
We offer returns and refunds within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return or refund:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
It must be returned in the original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Opened or used skincare products.
Items damaged due to misuse.
Products purchased during a sale or promotion (unless defective).
To initiate a return or refund:
Contact us at info@thedermoexpert.com within 7 days of delivery.
Mention your order number and reason for return.
We will guide you through the return process.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
